As a Train-the-Trainer Level 2 graduate, you’re qualified to train and develop your entire team in-house, improving the overall change-readiness of your organization while reducing the long-term costs of change management training.

 

Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2 enables you to expand your reach from Level 1 and teach the Change Management Practitioner Program and Change Management Sponsor Briefing.
