You will begin to apply them to a project in progress within your company and in which you play a crucial role. At the end of these 3 days, you will have built a substantial knowledge base in change management.

However, some of our certified practitioners report regularly difficulties they encounter while applying all this knowledge in actual conditions.

Some of the most cited reasons are the complexity of the project, a complete program of projects for which they have to duplicate their analyses, or large projects impacting a majority of the company, multiplying the impact analyses.

For others, the complexity lies in the company's lack of change management maturity. Sponsors are unavailable, lack skills, and do not promote change management.
