Resistance Management Workshop

Ask any manager what is the hardest part of dealing with change and chances are the response will be : managing resistance.
What is It About?

Change is usually associated with uncertainty, stress, and a crisis of confidence that must be addressed head-on.

In a nutshell, resistance operates as a survival strategy in the face of turbulence, shaking down existing structures.

Participants will learn how to address collective resistance at this one-day experiential learning program, how to diagnose individual resistance, and which techniques and attitudes to adopt, based on their concrete examples. They will leave with a resistance management plan designed to drive the envisioned project results.

Note for French Managers: Companies registered in France that have resorted to short-time working may take advantage of the FNE scheme to finance your training.
