On one hand, the success of transitioning to this new way of working is depending on people's adoption. On the other hand, applying Change Management in this dynamic environment requires some adaptation and adjustment. These are 2 significant challenges for Change management professionals, agile practitioners, and project leaders.

- Change management practitioners supporting Agile efforts
- Agile practitioners integrating change management into their work (basic knowledge of the ADKAR model required)
