Zenger Folkman - Extraordinary Performer Workshop

The possibility to make important contributions is within reach. Team members’ motivation to do their best affects the team's productivity (or the whole organisation) and has a positive influence on job satisfaction, development, and possibilities for each employee. Zenger Folkman’s research has identified behaviour characteristics for employees with extraordinary performance, and we can, therefore offer a workshop called The Extraordinary Performer. Here your employees will be given motivation and tools to increase their ability to contribute to a project or a whole organisation.
