This program is designed to help people managers proactively lead employees through change. You’ll learn how to define and accept your role in change and gain practical frameworks to become an effective change leader.

 

Note for French Managers: Companies registered in France that have resorted to short-time working may take advantage of the FNE scheme to finance your training.

This program is perfect for anyone who manages employees, from frontline supervisors to middle managers to senior directors. The program is not intended for change practitioners or project managers responsible for building change management plans.
