The Program leverages the Zenger Folkman research featuring competencies of highly effective front-line employees.
Participants learn the skills that matter most, then design their own development plan focused on their desired level of contribution and their own signature strengths.
Participants leave the workshop with an understanding of how their performance is currently perceived and how to increase their contribution.
They will also create an Individual Development Plan that is customized to both their current career stage and their own long-term career objectives.
They’ll be ready to follow up with their managers and become extraordinary performers.
