During this interactive, two-day learning experience, you will focus on the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of teaching four role-based programs:

- Change Management Employee Orientation
- Delivering Project Results Workshop
- Taking Charge of Change

The program is led by a certified Prosci Instructor.

By the end of the program, you will be able to teach any of the above-mentioned training programs.
