This program is exclusively for Prosci Certified Change Practitioners who are ready to start deploying change management training within their own organisations and who have followed the Level 1 Program.

During this interactive, two-day learning experience, you will focus on the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of teaching two role-based programs:

- Change Management Practitioner Program
- Change Management Sponsor Briefing

The program is led by a certified Prosci Instructor.

By the end of the program, you will be able to teach any of the above-mentioned training programs.
