Integrating Agile and Change Management Workshop

Organisations are leveraging iterative Agile approaches as a way of working to reduce risk, increase speed to value and improve client satisfaction.

As in traditional waterfall approaches, their success in achieving their goals is highly dependent on people successfully transitioning into this new way of working.
Change management –driving adoption, usage and proficiency of solutions – must be adapted and adjusted to this highly dynamic environment.

In this innovative one‐day workshop, we explore the latest research and build specific tactics and plans for effectively adapting and adjusting change management in an Agile environment. This session will be practical, interactive and case‐based.
